Design Consultation
This is where we first meet! The objective of this meeting is to understand the full scope of the project, understand your expectations and see if we’re a good fit.

Kick Off Meeting
Before the design begins we will review the contract in detail and answer any questions. We will also take careful note of your must-haves and design preferences.

Concept Development
Here’s where the fun begins! We will take all your feedback and create a general layout along with tailored mood boards to show you our vision for your new space(s).

Full Design Development
Once we receive your feedback and approval from our concept development, we will build, render and present full design – including but not limited to space plans, wall treatments, lighting, flooring, plumbing, lighting, millwork design, furniture and fabric selection, hardware, etc.
*This is the most labor-intensive portion of the design process.

Construction Phase
We will pass off our tech packs to your preferred contractor and answer any questions they may have. We will also schedule project check-ins for crucial stages of construction to ensure our designs are executed properly.
*It will be crucial to receive a detailed schedule from your contractor so we can verify we have all materials ready for them and give our team time to be available for site check-ins and answer any questions that may arise

Styling and Install
Upon final walk-through with the contractor, we will schedule our team to install all rugs, furniture and accessories. Will will schedule our final walk-through and sign off and then we will leave you to enjoy your space.
